Suasana’s menu is extremely limited. There is no a la carte. Instead, there are two three-course set menus. For the starter, the mushroom soup with garlic foam was potentially good but lukewarm when served (perhaps because the air-conditioning was in overdrive). The mains were brilliant. The Atlantic Mibrasa Salmon was fresh and succulent, while the Grilled Angus Sirloin steak was a very good cut, grilled and seasoned to perfection. The Vanilla Crème with Palm Sugar Ice Cream was a clear winner – soft and sensual with the requisite crunch. The service here was also warm and friendly.
