The Brasserie has seldom disappointed. Gallic favourites abound and diners are spoilt for choice. Kick off with butternut squash soup served with generous helping of bread and rich butter. Another signature soup dish here is the Bouillabaisse, a true seafood lover will appreciate the subtlety of its combined flavours although it does err a little on the salty side. The Black Angus Tenderloin is taken seriously here and it comes with a standard but well-executed selection of sauces. The wine cellar has one of the most comprehensive ranges in the city.
