Meat lovers look­ing for a porky good time will de­light in this eatery’s var­ied and meaty of­fer­ings.

A de­con­structed starter of ba­con let­tuce tomato salad fea­tures nicely charred quar­tered let­tuce head that’s not overly drenched in dress­ing, ac­com­pa­nied with sweet ba­con.

Tak­ing centre stage is Ante’s sig­na­ture ribs which are coated in white honey glaze, giv­ing it an ex­ceed­ingly sweet but de­light­fully crunchy taste. The ba­con and corn po­lenta is a crowd favourite ow­ing to the po­lenta’s flaw­less ex­e­cu­tion.

The rock star dish must be Ante’s hefty pork shoul­der. De­spite its girth, the fil­let proves to be ex­cep­tion­ally ten­der and tasty.

Ante’s rum mocha cake looks de­ceiv­ingly heavy but turns out lighter than an­tic­i­pated. Com­pris­ing lay­ers of liquor-soaked sponge cake and choco­late meringue, it is a fit­ting treat to round up the in­dul­gent meal.
