The Crystal Black An­gus beef burger comes with a herbed Black An­gus patty that’s de­li­ciously medium rare and juicy. Ac­com­pa­nied with sta­ple burger bun-mates of let­tuce, sliced toma­toes, onions and cheese, the meat is deca­dently topped with a sin­ful piece of foie gras and shav­ings of black truf­fle that adds a creamy, but­tery flavour to the al­ready lus­cious flavours on show.

An­other sub­stan­tial and tasty dish to opt for is the 120-days grain fed Black An­gus sir­loin steak. Fat­tened on grain for 120 days, the top shelf meat is best or­dered medium rare to savour its true nat­u­ral flavours. Com­ing nicely seared and caramelised on the out­side with a juicy and melt-in-the­mouth ten­der­ness within, the dish is a meaty de­light that’s bal­anced off with sides of sun­dried toma­toes, fries and gravy.
