Tasty bites of West­ern com­fort foods in a fun and chill set­ting en­tirely de­fines this ca­sual food eatery.

Take your pick of starters from hand breaded At­lantic crab cakes, seared foie gras or seared Hokkaido scal­lops. They’re all pre­pared with fresh in­gre­di­ents, im­mac­u­lately cooked and each rep­re­sent­ing a de­li­ciously ap­petis­ing en­trée.

The beef Welling­ton makes for a fill­ing main. Its medium-done meat is pink and juicy, wrapped up in a but­tery and del­i­cate pas­try. Next, a creamy seafood ther­mi­dor of Aus­tralian yabby, mus­sels, squid and tiger prawns is chock­ful of fresh sea bounty swim­ming in a rich white broth in­fused with sautéed mush­rooms, grana Padano cheese and truf­fle oil. But do save the best for last – the truf­fle mush­room Wagyu burger. Its mush­room ragout is laced with a good douse of truf­fle oil, over a dense patty of 100 per cent Wagyu beef and melted gruyere cheese, sand­wiched be­tween brioche buns. The in­dul­gent mix of abun­dant meat, fat, umami and pil­lowy carbs has a moun­tain of fries to keep it com­pany.

A deca­dent and pho­to­genic dessert is the choco­late dome, en­ter­tain­ing in its pre­sen­ta­tion and to the taste buds.
