WHY GO
Located smack in the middle of KL’S golden triangle, this cosy restaurant offers delectable Chinese cuisine for busy on-the-go executives and family feasts alike.
The menu here is very extensive with options to have seafood dishes prepared in a variety of ways. Among the notable dishes to order are seafood-related dishes such as the nicely cooked Nanyang style BBQ chewy squid, the delicious shark’s fin with crabmeat and scrambled eggs, and the succulent medium-sized prawns cooked in dark sauce.
A visit here is not complete without giving the fresh water river prawns a go. Opt for the big and juicy crustacean to be done in their highly recommended Vietnamese style BBQ as every tasty bite will leave you wanting more. For more substantive proteins, the BBQ pork stewed in Grand Harbour’s proprietary medium dark sauce is a highly commendable dish. You won’t go wrong pairing the meat dishes with the signature Shanghainese stewed rice that comes with generous amounts of high valued seafood, or with the Cantonese fried kuey teow.
A fitting closer is the Teochew sweet yam paste, or go for the coconut pudding if you prefer your desserts chilled.
