Nadeje’s core business derives from its delectable mille crepes, freshly handcrafted from its Melaka factory. The bulk of ingredients that go into its creation are imported from overseas – the chocolate is Swiss, cream is Kiwi, butter is French, green tea is Nippon and vanilla is from the pod. The painstaking efforts from creation to display explain its ultrasmooth and soft texture that shows no sign of disintegration when the fork cuts through its 18 to 22 layers. When it does disintegrate, it is only when it melts in your mouth!
