An un­for­get­table din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence amongst co­conut palms and the sound of rolling waves beck­ons to din­ers at this al fresco eatery.

The fat­toush salad, made to Mid­dle Eastern stan­dards, is a fresh and light choice to start off a meal fol­lowed by the kataifi pas­try wrapped prawns. Both starters are a wel­come dif­fer­ence from the con­ven­tional choice of ap­pe­tis­ers.

For the main, the Por­tuguese chicken skewer is a must­try. The chicken is suc­cu­lent and not over-bar­be­qued, with three dif­fer­ent sauces on hand giv­ing a dif­fer­ent take to the suc­cu­lent meat.

The sea bass and red snap­per are per­fectly cooked with a crispy top, but with the meat un­der­neath left de­light­fully suc­cu­lent and flaky.

An in­dul­gent choice for dessert is the co­conut ice cream, as it is a creamy sweet ice cream with a del­i­cate touch of lo­cal pan­dan flavour. The choco­late brownie is also rec­om­mended as it is soft and fluffy with a deca­dent choco­late top­ping ac­com­pa­nied with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
