A short drive away from the KL city centre and you’ll find this restau­rant cum cock­tail lounge a de­light­ful af­ter-hours haven to un­wind in.

The de­gus­ta­tion menu comes highly rec­om­mended and starts off with a de­li­ciously light and creamy cau­li­flower soup with poached eggs that is gar­nished with a hint of truf­fle and light crou­tons.

First starter of Hokkaido scal­lops show­cases per­fectly crispseared top and bouncy mid­dle scal­lops sit­ting in a but­tery lob­ster foam. The sec­ond starter of foie gras is re­ally cre­ative with ap­ples served in three ways – sor­bet, pureed and stewed. While the stewed ap­ple en­cour­ages the carameli­sa­tion of the foie gras, the cold sor­bet beau­ti­fully con­trasts it with crisp­ness. For mains, the US Black An­gus is an ex­cel­lent choice as it comes with an ex­trav­a­gant gar­nish of exquisitely done foie gras and truf­fle shav­ings. The diced mush­room and Rossini sauce pro­vides a bal­anced af­ter­taste to the steak.

Save room for dessert as the Straw­berry Lovers is an amaz­ing com­bi­na­tion of tex­tures and colours with straw­ber­ries, cookie crumbs, sponge bits, pis­ta­chios, jel­lies and vanilla ice cream mak­ing it a won­der for the senses.
