It’s presented in a dramatic fashion, whereby a wheel of Grana Padano cheese is firstly brought out on a cart, then the inner area of the cheese is sprayed with flammable alcohol which is lit on fire, softening the cheese. Then, completing the unforgettable presentation of this dish, the pasta is placed in the wheel of cheese and tossed continuously until it is coated in fresh Grana Padano. The main course of Kingsley Meltique sirloin features an Australian prime beef steak with tempura vegetables and resembles an interesting combination.

For dessert, the sizzling hot brownies is very good with its chocolate filling doubling the pleasure.
