Fukuya

Literally meaning the ‘house of happiness’, Fukuya takes guests through an all-encompassing authentic Japanese dining experience. Diners are taken through a very representative Japanese setting, from a courtyard complete with mock houses and secret passage ways to the main dining enclave resembling a traditional wealthy Japanese family home. The house specialty’s Kaiseki menu consists of only the freshest seasonal ingredients air-flown fresh from Japan.
