SHAREDA Property Hunter Expo Tawau to showcase premium properties

TAWAU: SHAREDA Property Hunter Expo Tawau will be back with an even more comprehensive range of premium properties from Sabah, Peninsular Malaysia,

Australia and the UK at its expo July 3-5 at the Lau Gek Poh Foundation Building here.

The expo is part of the Property Hunter Expo 2015 Series that has so far opened in Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Miri and Sandakan.

The Sandakan and Tawau expos are jointly organized by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) and Property Hunter.

Apart from the select variety of properties being showcased, the Tawau expo will also include a list of attractive incentives and promotions for buyers. Luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz will be offering its exclusive range of vehicles, the E300 Hybrid, A250, GLA and the all new C200, for a test drive for any visitor who makes a booking during the three-day event.

Plus, if you are a Mercedes-Benz owner and drive your car to the expo, you will get a free on the spot computerized inspection to make sure your ride is in top condition.

Also up for grabs will be the special Buy & Redeem voucher for any purchase made during the event.

Vouchers can be redeemed for a photo session with LP Photography worth RM800 or RM500 for purchases above and below RM500,000 respectively.
