Trinity Aquata condo in centre of connectivity

KUALA Lumpur: The recently unveiled Trinity Aquata@KL South has paved a path for success by being centrally located close to several major highways and upcoming rail infrastructure, including the highlyanticipated Malaysia-Singapore high-speed rail.

According to Gary Lum, General Manager of Trinity Group, one its greatest appeals is its prime location in the heart of the emerging property “gold mine” of Sungai Besi, also known as KL South.

The project is in close proximity to the South Integrated Terminal (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS)) at Bandar Tasik Selatan and to upcoming infrastructure developments like Malaysia-Singapore high-speed rail.

It is also a mere 0.5 km away from the Taman Naga Emas station (S 24) on the proposed MRT Line 2 (Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line). It also enjoys great accessibility via the Besraya Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and the Maju Expressway (MEX).

Being located near such infrastructure and transportation hub, residents will find ease in travelling not only to and from the city centre, but also across cities and states via the Komuter, LRT and ERL located at TBS.

With the project being located less than half an hour from the city centre, Trinity Aquata also provides the comfort of living akin to those living in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

“Within the first three days of our nationwide launch last month, we achieved a brisk take-up rate for Block A. We believe that the main reason for this is the ease of accessibility and the the high investment potential for buyers as the project is surrounded by great infrastructure,” he shared.

Trinity Group’s previous projects, such as The Zest@Kinrara 9, The Z Residence@Bukit Jalil and most recently Zeva@Equine South, are all located close to upcoming LRT and MRT stations, with the projects achieving up to 148% capital appreciation upon completion.

Lum also added that given the encouraging response and take-up rate for Block A, Block B will open for registration soon.

Sg. Besi is highly regarded a prime vicinity for property development given the government’s plans to rejuvenate the district though its Bandar Malaysia plans, along with its existing status as a transportation hub similar to KL Sentral.

Its close proximity to other established and growing townships such as Puchong and Bukit Jalil also adds value to its potential to become the ‘next golden triangle’ as quoted by renowned property expert Ishmael Ho, CEO of Ho Chin Soon Research Sdn. Bhd.

Ho, who was present during the nationwide launch of Trinity Aquata, shared how the growth within the heart of Kuala Lumpur is creating a spillover effect to areas such as Sg. Besi, causing it to emerge as a prime location for development. Combined with upcoming infrastructure already planned for Sg. Besi, property prices in the vicinity can only go up.

“Accessibility, connectivity and infrastructure are three key things to look out for when planning to develop a property or to purchase a property. When we talk about property hot spots, we always refer to where the future infrastructure projects are.

“Buyers and investors should look to follow the infrastructure. Projects located near good infrastructure, especially those with good connectivity and accessibility into Kuala Lumpur and other CBDs in Klang Valley stand to benefit the most as this will attract business professionals,” shared Ho.

The water-inspired Trinity Aquata embodies the effervescent qualities of water and encapsulates the neometropolitan lifestyle much sought after by the Gen Y buyers today.

With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM300 million, the project includes two 26-storey condominium blocks with 492 units each. All units range in size from 1,151 sq. ft. to 1,420 sq. ft., featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with fully customisable interiors.

Designed to invoke resort-like living, Trinity Aquata boasts several lifestyle-oriented facilities including a gymnasium, a jogging path, a landscaped sky bridge that links to two sky gardens, a sky terrace, and a multi-purpose hall; as well as 16 unique water features such as a vivarium, a raised infinity pool, a water Lounge, a aqua-reflexo, a bubbling trail, a hammock lounge, a pool deck, a sky bath, a riverbank seating and a rain pavilion, among others.

Safety and security are given high priority with a four-tier security system that includes 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance at the carpark and common areas, Smart Card Access System to the lifts, Intercom System as well as additional panic buttons installed at the master bedrooms and common areas of the condominium.

With prices starting at RM600 psf, Trinity Aquata is scheduled for completion in 2018. For more information on Trinity Aquata, please visit www.trinityaquata.com.my or call Karen 012-385 1985 or David 012-385 0780.
