Borenos officially opens at Star City
KOTA KINABALU: Fast food restaurant, Borenos Sdn Bhd, has officially launched its first restaraunt at Star City Complex near here yesterday.
The restaurant is Sabahanowned and the name ‘Borenos’ is derived from the words ‘Borneo’ and ‘Sabah’.
Restaurant director Janice Yeo said that the restaurant emphasises on quality and uses international standards in its monitoring food preparation methods.
She explained that the reason they abided by the international food rating system was because they wanted to raise their customers’ trust on the quality of food served at the restaurant.

The prices of food items at the restaurant range from RM1 to RM73.
They serve coleslaw, french fries, spicy soup, chicken porridge, Borenos rice, Wedges, mashed potato and others.
