-

KOTA KINABALU: Maxx Media’s final property expo for 2015, will be launched at City Mall here tomorrow.

The three-day Property, Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) will feature both international and local properties and is said to be more interactive and family oriented, aiming to raise awareness of the current property market especially the young generation - and to those who plan to further their studies overseas.

Maxx Media – the publisher of Property Hunter magazine, has previously toured major cities and towns of East Malaysia for property exhibitions earlier this year under the “PH Expo” brand.

Spokesperson and company director Elson Kho last week revealed that PIHex will feature both international and local properties offering more options to visitors for their investment planning. According to Kho, with the current market condition, it is indeed wise for people to start investing now to prepare for the future, citing the idiom “a stich in time, saves nine”.

International properties from Australia and also Phnom Pehn, Cambodia, will also be featured at the event. It is reported that there will be more than six international booths participating.

Among the other listed international properties are Regent Residence & Bell (OZ Property Group), Woodbridge Creek Estate (AGEM Properties), Vantage Riversedge Apartment (Sino City Asia Limited), Rangeview Park Landsdale (Urban WA Real Estate), The Garden Residency (JS Land) and the newly launched Affinity Apartment (Dragon Century).

Projects located in Peninsular Malaysia will also be showcased at PIHex, such as The Duo @ USJ1 (HCK Properties Sdn Bhd), De Centrum Unipark (Protasco Land), Botanika & Dangga Boulevard (Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad), Meadow Park (Everest Elite) and Harbour City (Hatten Group Sdn Bhd).

Meanwhile, The W Group and Hasrat Reality Sdn Bhd will be two of the local developers that will showcase their latest projects located in the west coast of Sabah.

According to The W Group, their latest projects – University Utama Condo (UUC) and University Utama Square (UUS), located near to Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) will promise future residents a five-star lifestyle experience, striking a balance between residential and commercial components.
