A resounding success of MSU alumni

My involvement in Student & Representative Council (SRC) also further to reinforce the soft skills attributes which in turn assist me to think critically, communicate effectively and sharpens our leadership qualities.
The Klang lass completed his Bachelor in Computer Science (Hons), majoring in Networking from MSU in 2008.
Upon completing his course, Fandi begins his career as Customer Service for one major telecommunication company based in Singapore.
This MSU alumnus is currently an Associate Training Manager at AIG Shared Services (AIGSS) (M) based in Kuala Lumpur.
He has seven years of professional experienced in shared services and business process outsourcing, learning and development and management. Fandi attributes this success to his MSU education.

In 2010, AIG Shared ServicesNew York establish a captive shared services center in Malaysia, namely AIG Shared Services (M) Sdn Bhd – AIGSS Malaysia to provide cost-effective Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services and technology services.
In 2012, Fandi was awarded as AIGSS Professional of the Year due to his contributions to the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region accounts and his efforts and didecatin to raise of training team standard.
Even though bogged down with a tight work schedule, Fandi is confident that it makes him more focus in work. He also believes that a conducive environment is essential if we need to excel in what we do.
“I thoroughly enjoyed my student life at MSU. I had good friends and we had plenty of good times together.”
He advised those about to begin their career to be open to new ideas and environment. Ask questions when in doubt. Success only comes with combination of dedication and hardwork.
Be prepared to spend long hours developing yourself because you can’t be taught all you need at the workplace.
On his current success, Fandi is indebted to his family and lecturers for all the support and encouragement that they have poured in.
