TAWAU: The people should be grateful to be under the rule of Barisan Nasional as apart from school special assistance, various initiatives and programs have been implemented by the government such as the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M), Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia (KR1M), 1Malaysia Clinic, 1Malaysia Discount Card, 1Malaysia Milk and more which have benefited the people.

Tanjong Batu assemblywoman Datuk Hamisa Samat emphasized that the government is committed to ensure the implementation of various development programs and policies, including in the field of education.

“This is for the benefit of all citizens, especially parents and students who will become quality human capital in the future,” she said yesterday in conjunction with the presentation of RM100 special assistance to parents.

She said over the years, the government had been committed to the development and strengthening of the education system in the country. The government focused not only on improving the standard of education for all citizens, but also on the quality of the state education system. In terms of financial allocation, every year a large allocation is provided for the education and development of human capital in the country.

Hamisa added education is the main concern of the government in creating a brilliant generation that can lead the country in the future.

The Barisan Nasional government is constantly transforming education since independence for the country’s future.

“One such effort is introducing early schooling aid to ease the burden of parents in procuring school supplies for their children. Do not misuse the money for other purposes but buy school supplies for children to ensure that they have a comfortable learning experience,” she said.
