MCS to develop profession­al financial advisors for insurance industry

KUALA LUMPUR: Manulife Holdings Berhad (MHB) is proud to announce the launch of Manulife Centre for Success (MCS), a training and developmen­t hub that aims to equip wellrounde­d advisors and leaders to sore higher and stay relevant in an evolving yet high touch industry.

Manulife’s approach is to deliver an extraordin­ary customer experience across the full spectrum of Investment, Protection and Savings solution.

Manulife Business Faculties consist of three main faculties converging both life insurance and asset management businesses.

The three faculties are Technical and Products Faculty, Sales and Financial Planning Faculty as well as Management and Leadership Faculty.

Through these highly specialize­d faculties, the advisors adopts a holistic approach and is consistent­ly groomed in all areas to better service customers’ increasing­ly complex wealth management and protection needs. With the aim to help leaders acquire world-class leadership skills to foster and build highly effective and productive teams, MCS also introduced essential agency management and leadership courses to its agency leaders.
