Launch of The Robertson service apartments in Tawau

TAWAU: Gamuda Land together with Huttons OneWorld Real Estate Group and J& L Housing Agency Tawau will jointly promote and launch The Robertson property developmen­t project at the CC Café in Calvary Crown Building here on March 11 and 12.

An exhibition will be held from 10 am until 10 pm, while a free talk will also be conducted at pm over the two days. The talk will be presented by Ivan Chong, the founder of wide bed (hassle-free short-stay management).

The senior group leader of Huttons OneWorld Real Estate, C. K. Chong, said it is opportune to promote and launch The Robertson service apartments to the people of Tawau, so that they would have a unique experience in property investment.

Chong said The Robertson service apartments are situated at Jalan Pudu in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. It is located in a strategic place surrounded by shopping malls, Petaling Street, Pavilion, MRT, LRT, and other high population hotspots.

The Robertson service apartments will have 793 units, built on a three-acre land with two blocks (a 42-storey block and a 46-storey block). It will be interlinke­d with many amenities like a 10-storey shopping mall, 20 units of food and beverage restaurant­s, Olympicsiz­ed swimming pool, nine-hole mini golf field, gym centre, garden, sky bar, jacuzzi and others.

“The Robertson project is now 80 per cent completed and expects to be fully completed by April, next year. The project’s gross developmen­t value (GDV) is RM712 million, while each unit of service apartment (size between 527-807 sq ft) will cost about RM1 million with permanent lease,” he disclosed. According to him, a new Warisan Merdeka MRT will also be launched nearby in July this year.
