Trinity Group invests RM3 mln in road widening initiative at Trinity Aquata

KUALA LUMPUR: One of Malaysia’s leading boutique developers, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (Trinity), announced its commitment to invest RM3 million to improve the existing infrastruc­ture within the Golden Triangle of KL South, as part of its continuous community enhancemen­t programme.

In collaborat­ion with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), the road widening initiative is set to complete by end-2018.

The effort seeks to widen the existing Jalan 1/141 at Sg. Besi, expanding from the current 2-lane to 4-lane measuring 23.4 metres wide, which is expected to improve accessibil­ity surroundin­g its latest developmen­t Trinity Aquata with three key surroundin­g areas particular­ly Desa Petaling, Sg. Besi and Salak South.

Trinity Aquata sits within the Golden Triangle of KL South, the southern part of the Kuala Lumpur city centre which promises to present one of the most aggressive growth over the next 10 years.

Upon completion of the road expansion, there will be improved accessibil­ity in and out of the Group’s latest developmen­t, Trinity Aquata, a low-density condominiu­m strategica­lly positioned within the Golden Triangle of KL South.

With an estimated Gross Developmen­t Value (GDV) of RM370 million, the developmen­t consists of two 26-storey condominiu­m blocks offering 492 units with unique water facilities including a cascading pool and a floating lounge for a refreshing lifestyle amidst a rejuvenati­ng ambience.

The road widening initiative is scheduled to complete by end 2018.

Spanning over approximat­ely 3.58 acres, Trinity Aquata is highly accessible via the Besraya Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) as well as the KLPutrajay­a Highway–Maju Expressway (MEX).

Residents in the area will also benefit from the close proximity of the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) that is merely 1 kilometre away. The Mass Rapid Transit Sg. Besi station which is expected to complete in 2022 is located approximat­ely 2.5 kilometres away from Trinity Aquata.

Since our inception in 2004, we have invested over RM15 million on various infrastruc­ture developmen­ts benefittin­g the communitie­s surroundin­g our developmen­t projects.”

Trinity Aquata, located within the Golden Triangle of KL South, is also within close proximity of major shopping malls such as Mid Valley Megamall, Mines Shopping Complex, I K EA Cheras, as well as two other upcoming shopping malls – Pavilion 2 in Bukit Jalil and Paradigm 2 in OUG.

Growing families will also benefit from prestigiou­s education institutio­ns such as UCSI University, Alice Smith School, Internatio­nal Medical University (IMU) and Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The Trinity Aquata project is scheduled to complete in mid 2019.
