Contributions for 14 children warded at Lahad Datu Hospital
LAHAD DATU: Fourteen children now warded at Lahad Datu Hospital were yesterday presented with contribution by the Lahad Datu Police and Perkep during a visit led by district police chief, ACP Hamzah Ahmad and Perkep chairperson Sulastri Fethihana Swanto.
During the visit, Hamzah and Sulastri presented the contribution to the child patients and their family members.
Hamzah said the visit was aimed to strengthen relationship between police and the community in line with the Community Policing programme.
He hoped that the presence of policemen would encourage the children to recover faster.
Also present was ASP Abdul Satal Mad Buraisal.
