Two Sunway Construction units bag RM186.3 mln worth of contracts

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Construction Group Bhd’s units, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (SCSB) and Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd (SunGeo), have secured three contracts worth RM186.3 million.

The company said SCSB won a RM152.4 million contract from Gas District Cooling (Putrajaya) Sdn Bhd for the proposed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning at Gas District Cooling Plant 1, Presint 1, Putrajaya.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the group said SunGeo secured a RM18.1 million contract from Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd for bore piling works of the Sungai Besi–Ulu Klang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) Section B Package CB1.
