Property, investment and home expo back again

KOTA KINABALU: Property, investment and home expo PIHex is back again for the third time this year in Imago Shopping Mall.

Organised by Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd, this three-day event from December 1 to 3 will be the final property exhibition of 2017.

Visitors will get an opportunity to view the magnificent N or thKK master plan scale model at the Sinaland Sdn Bhd booth, just right in front of Everrise.

Some local projects that will be showcased during PIHex include PR1MA Sabah Project (PR1MA), Elemen Utara KK (Sinaland), Kingfisher Inanam and Kingfisher Putatan (Hap Seng), UUS (The W Group), Pacificity (Pacificity), The Shore (Blu Waterfront), Apartment Tuaran Impian (SPNB), Bukit Bantayan Residences (Gamuda KK), Idaman Robertson (Gamuda KL), Sutera Avenue (Mah Sing), Aeropod (SP Setia), Lavile KL (Orando), Marina Point (Sanichi Property) and Puncak Gloxinia (KTI).

Asian Plantation Capital will also be joining for the first time as a sponsor. APC entered Malaysia in 2015 offering a unique and sustainable take on investments. The group currently has plantations located in Johor and an ongoing joint venture in Negeri Sembilan.

Visitors won’t have to worry about parking issues as PIHex will be partnering with UBER once again, offering RM5 off x two rides to and from Imago Shopping Mall by applying the code PIHEXDECKK.

PIHex will be held at the basement of Imago Shopping Mall from 10am to 10pm.
