Featuring classic New Year delicacies and contemporary interpretations of traditional Chinese delights, Ming Garden’s culinary highlights include Braised Golden Pumpkin Assorted Seafood with Grass Jelly Soup, Baked Salted Chicken with Traditional Chinese Herbs, Deep Fried Snapper with Thai Mango Chilli Sauce, Pan Fried Prawn with Egg Floss and Nestum Oat Flakes, Stir Fried Lamb with Portugal Sauce, Wok Fried Vegetables with Assorted Mushrooms and Cashew nuts served in Crispy Yam Ring, and Fried Rice with Boneless Chicken and Ham Cubes in Lotus Leaf.
