New look Mitsubishi 3S centre in Tawau launched
TAWAU: EON Auto Mart Sdn Bhd (EON Auto Mart), a member of the DRB-HICOM Group of companies and Mitsubishi Motor Malaysia yesterday launched the newly refurbished Mitsubishi 3S Centre in Tawau.
This is part of the company’s efforts to provide top-notch services to Mitsubishi vehicle owners in and around Tawau.
Being the only Mitsubishi Motors dealer in Tawau, the outlet started its operation since April 2008, located at TB 4712, Jalan Dominic, 91000 Tawau.
Strategically located approximately 1 km from Tawau town centre, the Tawau 3S centre is expected to cater to the needs of the growing customer base better, as well as take advantage of the booming cocoa and palm industry.
Covering a total built-up area of 1,224 square meters, the Mitsubishi 3S Centre has four service bays, a washing bay and a reception area.
Additionally, the centre features a showroom that is able to showcase two vehicles and a customer lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, where light refreshments will be served for the convenience of customers.
Fully equipped with diagnostic tools and Special Set Tools (SST) certified by Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the centre is manned by a 19-member team of highly trained and experienced after sales staff, service advisors, technicians and sales consultants to provide the best care for Mitsubishi vehicles’ general service and major repairs.
The grand opening of the new 3S centre was officiated by Mr Tomoyuki Shinnishi, Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia and Shamsul Haq, Chief Operating Officer of EON Auto Mart Sdn Bhd.
This renovation offers huge potential for future growth of the Mitsubishi brand.

EON Auto Mart Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Shamsul Haq Md Noh said the launch yesterday marked another milestone for the wonderful collaboration between Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia and EON Auto Mart.
The Mitsubishi Tawau 3S Centre currently features a modern showroom and a well-equipped service centre with four bays to cater to an increasing demand of Mitsubishi cars.
Almost all five Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia are sold by EON Auto Mart.
