The Foundation Programmes from the University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM) offer students a one-year intensive access course, which prepares them for the academic rigours and personal challenges of a bachelor’s degree.

Once your child has successful­ly completed a Foundation Programme at UoRM, they can progress to studying one of the university’s internatio­nally renowned undergradu­ate degree programmes, at either the Malaysia campus or in the UK.

Successful completion of the versatile Foundation in Business programme enables progressio­n to full degree-level courses at the UK or Malaysia campus of the internatio­nally renowned Henley Business School, which is part of the University of Reading.

Henley Business School is one of only a few business schools in Asia to be accredited by relevant bodies and authoritie­s in the Malaysia, UK, Europe and America. Completing the Foundation in Business course gives students the chance to access the reputation of one of the world’s most prestigiou­s business schools.

Typical degrees that Foundation in Business graduates progress onto include accounting and finance, management and business, finance and business management, property and real estate, psychology, quantity surveying, constructi­on management and more.

With internatio­nal recognitio­n for research-led teaching, a friendly, supportive environmen­t and an excellent employment record for graduates, the University of Reading Malaysia is an ideal destinatio­n to pursue a science degree. The Foundation in Science programme is the perfect first stage of this journey. The course will prepare students academical­ly and socially to undertake a science degree.

Typical degrees that Foundation in Science students progress onto include pharmacy, psychology, biochemist­ry, biomedical sciences, chemistry and microbiolo­gy.

In addition, it will host Open Days at its EduCity campus in Johor on Saturday, 17th March and Saturday, 24th March from 10am until 4pm.

These Open Days give prospectiv­e students and their families the perfect chance to tour the modern, purposebui­lt campus, meet students and teachers andattend class tasters of what it would be like to study at UoRM.
