President of SSBA Frankie Kok said the SSBA and Sheffield jointly organised tournament is open to Malaysians who have been residing in the state for at least two years.

He said the matches will start at 6pm and will be played according to the rules and regulations of Malaysian Snooker and Billiards Federation (MSBF).
“All the participants must be in neat attire according to the rules and regulations and failure to do so will see them rejected from playing in the tournament,” he said.
