Almost 70 pct of national athletes take doping tests
KUALA LUMPUR: Almost 70 per cent of the 178 athletes participating in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast had undergone doping tests.
Anti-Doping Agency of Malaysia (Adamas) head, Nishel Kumar announced that the agency was expected to complete the process of collecting urine samples from national athletes in a few more days.
He said the tests which began earlier this year would focus on several high-risk sports such as weightlifting, cycling, badminton and diving.
