LABUAN: Labuan Faculty of International Finance (FKAL) conducted a career talk for university students and local residents last Sunday at the main lecture hall of Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Labuan International Campus.
The 9am to 11am talk was the first activity of FKAL Alumni Association this year.
The speaker, Brother Jeshurun Vincent, was invited to share his working experience and his music life.
Jeshurun said he had travelled to 57 countries in 44 months on his own effort and performed music at his own convenience.
During the talk, he also played his own song beautifully to the audiences.
According to him, he plays music not only for personal gratification but also to inspire people to be someone through music that shapes one’s heart beautifully.
He believed that the golden rule and mutual respect are instrumental to uphold harmony among individuals where peace is brought into play.
Jeshurun also visited Pusat Autisme UMSKAL and met the chairperson of the centre, Shafry Mohd Sharif.
Shafry briefed Jeshurun about the centre and the purpose of setting up the centre.
During the visit, Jeshurun shared his travelling experience with autistic kids and at the same time inspired them to be someone in the future.
