Fajarbaru wins two awards at The BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards 2017-2018
KOTA KINABALU: Fajarbaru Builder Group Berhad (Fajarbaru) was awarded The BrandLaureate Signature Award 2017-2018 under the construction category at the The BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards 2017-2018 award ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur, recently.
Group executive director of Fajarbaru, Datuk Sri Eric Kuan Khian Leng was also awarded The BrandLaureate Brand Leadership Award 2017-2018 at the same event for his efforts in steering Fajarbaru to greater levels of growth and sustainability over the years.
His visionary foresight and enterprising spirit has led the company to initiate strategies that enable the brand to stay ahead of the competition, the group said in a statement.
“Under Kuan’s leadership, Fajarbaru has expanded with property developments in Melbourne, Australia. He strongly believes that the Australian property market will continue to provide a healthy income for Fajarbaru in the coming years,” the statement added.
To note, the company has two property projects in Australia currently, namely Gardenhill and Paragon. Gardenhill was completed in 2017 with a gross development value of A$77 million and the units are fully taken up. Meanwhile, Paragon was launched last year and has a current take up rate of 85 per cent.

The BrandLaureate Awards was conceptualised and launched in 2006 to honour and recognise brands that have demonstrated best branding practices in building their brands.
