CKS Supermarket opens third grocer at Warisan Square
KOTA KINABALU: CKS Supermarket Sdn Bhd has officially opened its third CKS Grocer store at Warisan Square.
“A niche concept retailing venture, CKS Grocer focuses on higher-end consumer branding with choice products, quality and freshness as key hallmarks,” CKS Supermarket Sdn Bhd executive director Brett Chua said when met at the soft launch of the said outlet on Friday.
He explained that CKS Grocer was designed to offer meal based range of products where customers can simply walk in and grab a bite of snack or pick items to prepare complete meal or feast.
“Every consideration is given to clientele base at each CKS Grocer location. Thus, the outlet at Warisan Square, being a tourist hotspot, is well stocked with products that could appeal and meet the needs of foreign visitors.
“Unlike our hypermarkets and supermarkets, which cater to the overall consumer, CKS Grocer is smaller in floor area with cleancut layout,” Chua added.
He disclosed that CKS Grocer’s staff were trained to offer more attentive and personalised service to shoppers with their concise product and business regime knowledge.
CKS Grocer also offers weekly promotions to enable shoppers to save more on bargain-priced items.
The first CKS Grocer Store opened at Inanam Capital on September 16 2017 followed by the second outlet at Towering Industrial Centre, Penampang.
CKS Grocer complements the CKS hypermarkets and supermarkets to collectively create a wider network for the benefit and convenience of customers.
