AmInvestme­nt bags six Asia infrastruc­ture awards

KUALA LUMPUR: AmInvestme­nt Bank Bhd (AmInvestme­nt Bank) has bagged six awards at The Asset Triple A’s Asia Infrastruc­ture Awards 2018 ceremony, held recently.

The awards include the Project Finance House of the Year award which was won for the fourth time, said the bank in a statement.

The awards ceremony was organised by The Asset, an integrated multimedia company based in Hong Kong.

AmInvestme­nt Bank chief executive officer, Raja Teh Maimunah Raja Abdul Aziz, said: “The awards underscore our commitment to providing our clients with rigorous, timely and value-added investment banking solutions and services.

“We would like to share the honour with our esteemed clients, and thank them for their continuous support and confidence in our products and investment banking services,” said Raja Teh Maimunah, who is also AmBank Group’s managing director for wholesale banking.

Meanwhile, AmBank Group’s chief executive officer, Datuk Sulaiman Mohd Tahir said the recognitio­n was a testament to AmInvestme­nt Bank’s capabiliti­es in delivering quality results in all its deals.

“We pride ourselves on the services we offer to our clients, and these awards are proof that our efforts are being recognised in the industry,” added Sulaiman.

Other awards won by AmInvestme­nt Bank at the ceremony were Power Deal of the Year, Social Infrastruc­ture Deal of the Year, Transport Deal of the Year, Transport Deal of the Year (Highly Commended), and Oil & Gas Deal of the Year. — Bernama
