No action on duo till MACC probe completed – Liew

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah PKR chief Datuk Christina Liew said no action will be taken against the two PKR Kimanis members until after the investigation of alleged corruption against them is completed.

Liew who was met after flagging off the Borneo Safari here yesterday, said this when asked if PKR Sabah will be taking action against the two who were remanded for six days from Saturday to assist in Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigations.

One of the suspects is believed to be a candidate for the PKR Kimanis division chief while the other is a party member.

“We wait for the outcome of the investigation. I do not want to jump in and make any comments now,” said Liew.
