PAM wins A Medal Championship Trophy in KL
KOTA KINABALU: George Chong did PAM Sabah Chapter proud in snatching away the A Medal (handicaps 1 to 16) Championship Trophy in the PAM Golf - 2018, which was held on October 25 at the Kota Permai Golf & Country Club, Kuala Lumpur.
The B-Medal (handicap 17 to 24) Championship Trophy was won by Dato Hj Saifullizan Osman of PAM KL.
This is the first time PAM Sabah Chapter participated in the PAM Golf - 2018. Eight enthusiatic architect golfers participated in the event and they were Hj Shahriman Abdullah, the Social Activities Chairman, Victor Wong, the PAM Fellowship Golf Organising Chairman, Chin Yin Tet, George Chong, Chan Wing Kit, Patrick Vun, Robert Chiang, and Soo Joow Aon.
In this year’s PAM Golf 2018, the PAM Inter Chapters Challenge Trophy category was newly introduced, to promote fellowship amongst the architect golfers under PAM, KL, and the four Chapters in Malaysia, namely Sabah, Sarawak, Northern and Southern Chapters.
The inaugural Inter Chapters Championship Trophy was won by PAM KL, while PAM Sarawak Chapter and PAM Sabah Chapter were the first and second runnersup respectively.
PAM Southern Chapter was in the fourth position. PAM Northern Chapter did not participate.
