IFS urged to establish smart management system for property developments

-

PENAMPANG: Sabah Housing and Real estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) council member Datuk Gerald Goh has called on Sabah-based Infinite Future System (IFS) to establish a smart management system for property developments.

Goh, who is also Kinsabina Sdn Bhd COO, said IFS has proven its reliability to investors and customers through innovative and creative efforts and unique ideas.

“We need more people like you to blend new technology into every development, especially for property developers. I am also amazed to see how technology actually comes home,” he said at the EZY Box Lido Four Seasons Residences here yesterday.

“You can already see a big lift of e-commerce in Sabah, particularly because we have a group of people like you, also made possible because of the technology advancement. So, it’s a good move forward, speaking as a developer and from a developer’s perspective.

“Looking ahead, what you are doing now is very advanced in Sabah and why not think of something else for us as a developer. Give us some solutions for us to collect our car parking fees, management fees and also maybe use the same system for the laundry services in the development.

“Think of something out of the box, not always inside of the EZY Box but out of the box for us developers so we can be your partner, or you can be our partner,” he urged.

IFS founder and CEO, Brandon Ansibin, said the company will take serious consideration into the call made by Goh.

“We will look into it because for us that calls for very different type of devices as what we are using now is for purchasing things,” he said.

“We will look into it for upgrading and, of course, this will require time for doing the research and development,” he added.
