Universal Motor holds appreciation dinner

-

TAWAU: Universal Motor Sdn Bhd treated its customers to dinner in conjunction with the company’s 22nd anniversary and Chinese New Year celebration on Saturday.

Its managing director Chok Yun Kiong said the dinner was the company’s appreciation and thanks to its customers.

He said Universal Motor is the sole distributor of Isuzu vehicles in Sabah.

Isuzu is a world-renowned commercial vehicle brand which consists of D-Max pick-up, MUX SU, ELF - light vehicle truck, F Series - medium-use vehicle trucks, and Giga Series - heavy duty vehicle trucks.

Chok said all Isuzu models are rugged and reliable, have low maintenance costs and save on fuel consumption.

Because of the above philosophy, Isuzu was able to conquer 65%, equivalent to 400 new truck vehicle market units and 30% equivalent to 2000 units for new pickup market in Sabah every year.

He said Isuzu is a good and well-known brand and without customers’ trust and support, UM will not succeed.

For those who have already bought and who will buy new Isuzu models, he said UM promised to provide the best services such as the Customer Loyalty Program.

Also present were Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department Jimmy Wong, Assistant Minister of Finance Saripuddin Hata, Kalabakan member of parliament Ma’mun Sulaima and Rev. Ho Kee from Anglican Church of Tawau.
