AG lodges police report over allegations of him being anti-Islam
PUTRAJAYA: AttorneyGeneral Tommy Thomas lodged a police report yesterday in the wake of several allegations of him being anti-Islam that has gone viral on social media.
It is learned that two of his special officers, Amir Nasarudin and Siti Rahayu Mumazaini, made the report on his behalf at the Putrajaya District Police headquarters at 3.15 pm.
Reporters who went to the police headquarters were unable to obtain details of the report.
The two officers were seen leaving the police headquarters in a grey Proton Perdana car at 4.45 pm.
Putrajaya District Police chief ACP Rosly Hasan, when contacted, confirmed having received the report.
“The case will be investigated by Bukit Aman,” he said. Bukit Aman is the federal police headquarters. - Bernama
