India’s Anmol grand winner of Mister Teen Globe International
Representative from India, Anmol Sharma was announced as the Grand Winner of Mister Teen Globe International 2019, which was held at Shangri-La’s Tg. Aru Resort & Spa recently.
He went home with prizes worth RM50,000 including a full scholarship from Kiara College worth of RM30,000.
National director of Mister Teen Globe International, Sofea Jane said this was the first time Sabah was hosting such a prestigious male beauty pageant and the response was encouraging.
“The competition involved representatives from 11 countries including Malaysia, Borneo, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Northern Philippines, Middle East, Kingdom of Saudi of Arabia, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Japan.
“Meanwhile, the finale was officiated by CEO of Kiara College Dr. Hussin Che Pa,” she said.
The 1st Runner Up of the competition was a representative from Malaysia, David Chong who went home with prizes worth RM6,000.
The 2nd Runner Up was Davidrei Manimtim from the Northern Philippines. He received prizes worth RM5,000.
Apart from the main titles, special awards given to some of the contestants as follows: David Chong of Malaysia bagged three titles Face of Jane Motel, Face of Cavu and Face of Revobox, Face of Amos Studio; Face of Real Beauty and Face of Seaside Travellers Inn went to Yul Buehring Louton (Borneo).
Anmol also won the Face of Classique by Maya, Viewers Choice Award went to Renz Cruz (Middle East), Mister Photogenic went to Lawrence Bengua (Philippines), Mister Congeniality went to Jason Maxwell Macguire (Indonesia), Best in Active Wear went to Gil Felipe Oswald Santiago (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Mister Teen Globe International 2019 Best in Formal Wear went to Davidrei Manimtim (Northern Philippines) and Best in Traditional Wear went to Srimal Prasad (Sri Lanka).
Sofea, who also the CEO of SJ Entertainment, the event management for the competition, said she was very grateful for successfully organising the company’s first International event under the umbrella of Man Of The Globe Organization, headquartered in Angeles City, Philippines.
She also pointed out that all the sponsors were excited and happy.
One of the main sponsors, CEO of Real Beauty Sdn. Bhd., Rejanah Barhanda, said that such event was very welcome here in Sabah as the program’s advocacy is linked to the her company products that were based on 100% organic materials.
“She is supporting the cause to protect and restore the environment and at the same time to promote the eco-tourism that is very promising here in Sabah,” said Sofea.

Sofea hoped that such a program can thrive on bringing Sabah’s good name, and thus making a strong economic impact.
She added that a similar international program should be organized every year to bring more overseas tourists visiting Sabah.
Also present at the finale was the International Director of Mister Teen Globe International, Chrisanto Santi Guarin.
