PKR members contesting as independent will be sacked

KOTA KINABALU: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will sack those party members who are contesting as independent candidates in the State snap polls on Sept 26.

“Action is being taken against those who went against the party line to stand as independent candidates.

PKR Secretary General Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail will issue letters of expulsion this afternoon,”

Sabah PKR chief Datuk Christina Liew said in a statement on Sunday.
