Tricor Malaysia unveils Boardfolio for local corporates

LUMPUR: Tricor Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Tricor Malaysia) has unveiled Boardfolio, a critical digital tool for local corporations to seamlessly and safely manage critical activities of corporate boards on a secure, private cloud-based platform.

In a statement, the provider of company secretarial services said Boardfolio allows corporate boards to seamlessly and virtually collaborate ensuring all documentation and sensitive data were securely accessible and protected.

Tricor Malaysia chief executive officer/managing director Yeap Kok Leong said the business world had moved on from the days of rubberstamp boards and traditional hard-copy forms.
