Tricor Malaysia unveils Boardfolio for local corporates

KUALA

LUMPUR: Tricor Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Tricor Malaysia) has unveiled Boardfolio, a critical digital tool for local corporatio­ns to seamlessly and safely manage critical activities of corporate boards on a secure, private cloud-based platform.

In a statement, the provider of company secretaria­l services said Boardfolio allows corporate boards to seamlessly and virtually collaborat­e ensuring all documentat­ion and sensitive data were securely accessible and protected.

“Boardfolio is

agame changer for the industry as it completely cuts out the manual compilatio­n and distributi­on of board papers for a completely paperless environmen­t and most importantl­y it is secure under encrypted digital layers of security,” head of company secretary Annie Wong said in a statement yesterday.

The group said it was wellpositi­oned to continuous­ly innovate, create value and improve client experience­s and would bolster its role as business expansion firm in Asia Pacific through strategic investment and structured deployment of technology.

Tricor Malaysia chief executive officer/managing director Yeap Kok Leong said the business world had moved on from the days of rubberstam­p boards and traditiona­l hard-copy forms.

“There are now high expectatio­ns for corporate governance frameworks to deliver value, efficiency, transparen­cy, ethics and competitiv­e advantages.
