However, when asked to disclose some information regarding the prospective candidates, he remained tightlipped and only said “all will be revealed by our Prime Minister in due time.”

With GE13 just around the corner, Dr Rundi explained that the state BN election machinery was ensuring that all promises made by the BN have been fulfilled to the people.

“During the meeting with state BN leaders, the Prime Minister has instructed the BN machinery to make sure that whatever promises made by the BN is kept as he stressed this was crucial for the people who have been waiting for this and we must honour the promises,” he said.

Asked on whether the BN is ready for the elections, Dr Rundi remarked that the state BN is fully prepared and ready to stand for GE13 anytime.

Sharing the same sentiment was Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) president Tan Sri William Mawan who pointed out that the state BN election machinery was working hard and putting aside any conf licts to ensure victory in the election.

“We are now ready and nothing can come between BN’s mission towards victory in GE13,” he proclaimed.
