The Hibiscus a new iconic resort project

-

BINTULU: The Hibiscus at Port Dickson is a new iconic mega resort project in Malaysia.

It features 642 water homes which are built on stilts above the seas. It is also the largest water homes resort in Malaysia.

The project is designed by world-renowned architect Broadway Malyan of London, (www.broadwaymalyan.com) which has designed countless iconic projects worldwide.

It is being developed by established property developer Kuala Lumpur Metro Group (KL Metro Group ) working in collaboration on a joint venture basis, with the state government investment arm of Negeri Sembilan, over a 43-acre land embracing the foreshore of the sea.

The Hibiscus is located on a beautiful beachfront at the southern part of Port Dickson.

Port Dickson is a famous resort destination for holiday-makers and tourists from Kuala Lumpur areas as it is just an hour drive away from KL City.

The theme of the Hibiscus is based on modern concept. Each unit has spacious and stylish design that exudes quiet elegant charm.

With a masterstroke of contemporary excellence, it is a perfect blench of aesthetic appeal and innovative modern design that gives the most pragmatic and tranquil lifestyle with the touch of luxury.

Each unit comes with its own private pool, sauna room and every unit has panoramic sea view over the Straits of Malacca.

Besides, there is a clear transparent glass panel in the bedroom for underneath seawater viewing.

The project has also incorporated a lot of green concepts. For instance, its units’ floor to ceiling height glass windows in the bedroom, bathroom and pool deck area allows for generous offering of natural sunlight thereby resulting in saving of electricity (besides maximum sea view).

The round (instead of flat) roof structure deflects much of the sun heat too.

The star rating of the Hibiscus is a designated five star hotel.

The average size of each unit ranges from 770 sq ft to 872 sq ft.

Phase 1 of the units (770sq ft) are 100 per cent sold. Phase 2 units (872 sq ft) have achieved 75 per cent sale status.

All property investors and buyers are invited to view and enquire about The Hibiscus at Port Dickson, Malaysia at ParkCity Everly Hotel in Bintulu today from 10am to 7pm.
