Tony Hung dismisses rumours on girlfriend Priscilla Wong’s sudden rise

-

HONG KONG: TVB actor Tony Hung has brushed off rumours that favouritism at the TV station has propelled girlfriend Priscilla Wong to fame.

Reckoned Tony: “What a big misunderstanding, It’s so hard to predict the news now. Priscilla is very hard working, and I’m sure everyone has noticed that her performance in Reality Check was not bad, right? She has a few dramas coming up, and we should give priority to her acting performance. Everything else should be just a rumour.”’

Tony is back in Hong Kong after shooting the romantic drama Outbound Love in Malaysia.

Tony said that Priscilla had mentioned to him about how supportive Kristal Tin has been through the process of shooting The Verbal Side of Court.

Added Tony: “( Kristal) had taught her many things, so I’m sure all of this is just a misunderstanding. I haven’t heard stories of them arguing. I think they are pretty good friends.”

Tabloids have been reporting that Kristal had felt threatened by Priscilla’s meteoric rise, that she herself had been sidelined.

Priscilla was formerly a presenter with Cable TV. She had landed her fi rst major role in TVB’s Reality Check, starring opposite Louise Lee and Ruco Chan. Currently, she is shooting Lee Yim Fong’s Qing Dynasty drama The Verbal Side of Court, co- starring Roger Kwok and Kristal Tin.
