Win-win deals, daily auction at ‘I Luv Home Miri 2013’ Fair

MIRI: I Vision Event Sdn Bhd will hold the ‘I Luv Home Miri 2013’ furniture and electrical fair at the Miri Indoor Stadium from May 9-12.

Visitors can expect everything from furniture to home décor, modular sets to electrical appliances, apart from accessorie­s that enhance the beauty of interior spaces.

“This four- day event definitely provides a great platform for both retailers and buyers to get a complete perspectiv­e of the industry,” said its project director Alan Shan.

He added apart from promoting the vendors, this fair also gives value for money products to consumers, making it a win-win situation.

At a press conference yesterday, he said over 80 vendors will be taking part comprising local furniture and home appliance retailers and companies.

The fair will boast a full range of popular and premium brands, amongst them Samsung, Sharp, Sweet Dreams, Dreamland, Getha, Vono, Casa Italy, Pacific Design and Future Sofa.

range of fun-filled activities throughout the exhibition.

Aside from great deals, there will also be a Star Auction where bidding for items starts from as low as RM9. This means a visitor could take home an LCD TV for just RM100, if it is the highest bid. The auctions will be held daily from 8pm onwards.

There will also be a lucky draw on the final day ( May 12) with the grand prize winner walking away with a leather sofa set worth RM9,999.

Meanwhile, managing director and founder of I Vision Group Lee Kok Seng said: “The group has long term goals by working with the local council authority as well as Miri Tourism Board. This is to get a better view on how we can fulfill the needs of the locals as well as tourists who frequent Miri City,”

I Vision also announced its next big event, namely ‘Simple Wellness, Health and Beauty Fair 2013.”

“We target to make an announceme­nt on this in June. This is the first and would be the largest health and beauty fair ever held held in Miri City,” Lee said.
