Pantai Piasau Residence offers special discounts

To make it easier for them to make their choice, Miri Malay Charitable Trust Board (LAKMM) executive secretary Jamil Bujang said they will hold an exclusive promotion for the bungalows this month and next month, where attractive discounts will be offered.
“For our March promotion, the property will have a discount up to seven per cent and in April, a discount of five per cent will be given,” he said to the media during a promotion ceremony organised by LAKMM at Pantai Piasau Residence on Tuesday afternoon.
He also said the property is worth buying considering its land size and its good design.
“We have a total of 10 units of bungalows with land size starting from 1,007.9 up to 1,308 square metres,” he added.
Meanwhile, Miri Malay Association (PMM) chairman Datuk Wan Morshidi Tuanku Abdul Rahman said the property is located at a strategic and exclusive location.
“It is comparable to other properties in other areas in terms of size and price. Pantai Piasau Residence has the advantage from the aspect of big space,” he added.
Thus, he encouraged Muslim Bumiputeras to grab the opportunity to buy the bungalows at a discounted price.
