Juste Land to hold promotion in Miri

-

KUCHING: Juste Land will introduce its Klang Valley and Melbourne, Australia projects in Miri this weekend ( March 15-16). The Peninsular Malaysian real estate company will showcase exclusive apartment, townhouse and commercial retail lot projects soon to be developed in Melbourne and Klang Valley at the Miri Marriott Resort and Spa from 10am to 6pm.

“It’s because of the encouraging response from East Malaysian buyers that we are here again. We cannot give up Miri. We make it a point to come at least once a year,” said Juste Land chairman Datuk Steven Ng in a press statement.

The Pearl is strategically located adjacent to the Westfield Shopping Centre in Doncaster, Melbourne, where most Malaysian and Hong Kong migrants have settled.

Spread over 60,000 square feet, the L-shaped eight-level apartment building has 141 units of one and two-bedroom apartments, which come with pre-allocated car park and storage.

All apartments have standard Miele oven/griller, cooktop, range hood and integrated dishwasher.

One bedroom units start from A$ 333,000, two bedrooms start from A$ 490,000, while townhouses start from A$ 700,000.

The Nord, on 83, Flemington Road, North Melbourne across from the University High School, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Royal Park has a tram stop right in front of the building, and is 1km from Queen Victoria Market and 500 metres to Trinity College and Melbourne University.

The 143 apartments spread over 12 levels with two internal garden courtyards come standard with timber flooring throughout the living, kitchen and bedrooms with Scandinavian interior.

One-bedroom units start from A$ 375,000, two bedrooms with car parks start from A$ 530,000, and three-bedroom units start from A$ 800,000.

“Stocks for both projects are limited, 50 per cent are sold since our first two launches in the Royal Chulan Damansara Hotel and One World Hotel at Petaling Jaya, Selangor last two weekends. We have even received a number of pre-sales orders before coming to Miri, which is an indication of how popular Melbourne is proving to be amongst East Malaysians,” said Ng.

Meanwhile, Aurora Residence and Trizen Square offer affordable residential or commercial projects in a Klang Valley hotspot within LRT or KTM infrastructure. The down payment for Aurora Residence units are RM11,000 for a threebedroom apartment with two car parks with gated and guarded service, within a township with a proven track record of capital growth.

The high-rise condominium is the first parcel to make its debut within the Lake Side City development.

Set in the heart of Puchong, the upscale township is a fully integrated waterfront city sprawled across 155 acres of prime land by the scenic Prima Lake.

Trizen Square offers signature retail or office lots with 2 per cent booking fees (up to 80 per cent loan margin).

Strategically located at Old Klang Road bordering the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), this integrated mixed development is on 16.77 acres of prime land.
