One Direction, Robin Thicke and Larry King ‘talk dirty’ in video

-

LOS ANGELES: One Direction and Robin Thicke mention that they’re talking dirty in a music video and no eyebrows actually rise.

Throw in former TV talk show maestro Larry King with his trademark suspenders, and now you’re talking. To be exact, talking dirty.

Jason Derulo’s “Talk Dirty” single has gotten a whole mess of celebrities dancing on its way to selling two million downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

How he managed to get King to actually mouth profanities is anybody’s guess. Mention Kanye West, and nobody blinks. Mention Cee Lo, and yawns are all around. But King?

Derulo has been teasing a “Celebrities Talkin’ Dirty” lipsynch extravaganza for over a month, and on Wednesday, the viral clip fi nally hit YouTube.

Among the celebrities seen singing along to Derulo’s Top 5 smash: girlfriend Jordin Sparks, the boys of One Direction, the girls of Fifth Harmony, a hairtwirling Ariana Grande, a shimmying Austin Mahone, Larry King, will.i.am, a very lively Ryan Seacrest, a strictly business Robin Thicke, Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, the stars of Pawn Stars, Bret Michaels and Enrique Iglesias, who delivers the chorus in Spanish.

Yet of all the familiar faces in the video, the One Direction boys seem to be the stars, after the quintet danced to the song during its “1D Day” live stream back in November.

On this week’s Hot 100 chart, “Talk Dirty” dips one spot to No. 4, while rising to a new peak on Radio Songs.

A full-length version of Derulo’s Tattoos album is due out in April, and Derulo is currently on an international headlining tour.

Meanwhile, in a surprise collaboration sure to get fans talking, two members of One Direction have teamed up in the studio with pop punk band Good Charlotte.

Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne met with “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” twins Joel and Benji Madden in the US over the weekend, ready to start work on some tracks.

There is little news on the music as yet, but the songs are expected to appear on One Direction’s fourth album, expected for release later this year.

Tomlinson and Benji posted excited messages on Twitter, while Joel added to the social media announcements with an Instagram picture captioned: “Noice! The London boyz putting in tha werk in the studio.”
