Welton Development’s roadshow to highlight Green Haven project
MIRI: Welton Development Sdn Bhd will be having a property road show focusing on its Green Haven project at Iskandar Malaysia in Johor Bahru at the ground floor of Mega Hotel here on April 12 and 13 (from 9am till 8pm)
Sited on a 7.76-acre land, Green Haven comprises three blocks of serviced apartments, totalling 1,134 units which are scheduled for completion in 2017.
Each block utilises a three-tier security system namely a guard house at the entrance, access card to the lift lobby from the drop off point and parking area as well as an access card to individual unit level for the lift.
As its name suggests, the project incorporates a ‘green rainforest’ theme, with the entire project surrounded by greenery.
Residents can also enjoy serenity with its river and hill features acting as a barrier from the city’s pollution.
Hence, they can dwell in perfect peace and serenity after their stressful work in this ‘haven’ they call home.
The developer said many developments were on- going at Iskandar Malaysia region in Johor Bahru. The main focus is to revive the forest that many developers have removed before they began construction.
Green Haven’s three towers provide residents with panoramic views facing Singapore skyline from one angle and a hill view from the other.
CCTVs will be installed in common areas and are monitored constantly by the management. There will be also scheduled patrol by security guards on the ground level, car park levels and podium levels for increased security.
The project is strategically located at Permas Jaya which is opposite Sembawang, Singapore.
It is mere 10 minutes’ drive from the CIQ Complex via the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway connecting the Coastal Highway. It is also surrounded by upcoming commercial hubs such as the Oasis Business Hub and the Oasis at Tropicana Danga Cove.
With Johor’s population estimated to reach 3.17 million by 2025, the Iskandar Malaysia region alone would accommodate about 43 per cent of that number — 1.35 million.
