47 premium one and two bedroom apartments across four intertwined levels, is strategically located in the heart of Box Hill.

Box Hill Central, one of Melbourne’s biggest transport interchanges, is just five minutes walking distance.

Located just 15km east of the Melbourne CBD and centred on Whitehorse Road and Station St, Box Hill is home to an energetic Asian Community and Box Hill TAFE Institution is a major draw card for property investors to tap into more than 30,000 students attending course there.

It is easy to see why The Age Melbourne newspaper has dubbed Box Hill the unofficial Chinatown of the east of Melbourne CBD.

From steaming dumplings to fragrant curries, sea fresh sushi to a naughty nasi goreng, Box Hill’s Asian-packed f lavoured cuisine is hard to go past with everything from Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian and Vietnam dishes everywhere.

Steven Ng said: “We have even received a number of pre- sales orders before coming to Sibu, which is an indication of how popular Melbourne is proving to be amongst East Malaysians.”

The event will be held at RH Hotel in Sibu ( Raff lesia and Cattleya Rooms) from 10am to 6pm daily on Sept 13 and 14.
