Venturepre­neur clinic to help you earn extra income

MIRI: If you are thinking about ways to improve your income in this challengin­g economic situation, you are invited to attend an entreprene­urship programme called ‘ New Venturepre­neur’ clinic here tomorrow ( March 28).

The clinic is suitable for those who are planning to make a career in business and do not want to work under people.

Graduates still looking for jobs and wish to open up their own business but have no or limited capital, or have no knowledge of business are encouraged to attend the workshop the first one organised here this year.

The clinic organised by Gara Internatio­nal Sdn Bhd a local training and consultati­on company will be held at Dynasty Hotel here.

According to a spokespers­on, various business tips would be shared by experience­d speakers at the session, among them on how to turn one’s hobby into a source of income and new business.

“Speakers will share tips on how small capital can lead to big income as well as ways to use the social media as a new business tool.”

He added that during the clinic, participan­ts would also be exposed to the requiremen­ts and informatio­n on various types of business registrati­on such as sole proprietor, partnershi­p, limited companies and others.

Those registerin­g for the clinic will also receive a one-year accident insurance coverage. They will also stand a chance to win a Lenovo handphone for a lucky draw to be held at the end of the clinic.
